Moving communities towards the use of distance services and observing its advantages such as Insurance branches without in-person clients, preventing the spread of diseases, etc. My broker system, commissioned by the Social Security Organization of Iran, was designed by Nicode. This system includes customer app, Telegram and WhatsApp bot, IVR phone and management panel available to the family of the Social Security Organization.
Through my broker app, insureds, retirees and employers without referring to insurance branches, can do all their insurance affairs such as changing the booklet, salary slip, insurance history, etc.
There are people in the community who, due to the ease and availability of social media like Telegram and WhatsApp, tend to do their insurance affairs through these networks. So Nicode’s experts understood this, designed telegram and WhatsApp bots to get the satisfaction of these customers.
Unlike the presence of technology in the present world, there are people who aren’t able to use the Internet, smartphone for whatever reason. The IVR of my broker system has come to the help of these people so that they can receive insurance services at any time of the day.
Another facility of my broker project is the management panel that the managers of the branches can check the conditions of their branch through the panel and regardless of other preoccupies in their lives, at anytime and anywhere.
